George Kowalik is a student at King's College London, in the first year of an English Research PhD. He is a freelance arts writer who has had work published on film, music, and events. His most recent publication is a piece titled "Consciousness and Creativity in Pain and Glory", scheduled as part of Bright Wall/Dark Room’s upcoming “Best of 2019” issue. He has also been writing short fiction since 2015, and his stories "Glass" (2018) and "An Abstract Feat" (2019) were published by STORGY literary magazine and Sweet Tree Review.
