Sally Raab

Sally Raab received a BFA in drawing from the Alberta College of Art and Design in 2010,and currently resides in Halifax, NS. She has curated a small handful of exhibitions inCalgary and writes critical essays and art-related narratives/personal accounts. She maintains a multidisciplinary art practice dealing with notions of organic systems theory, the natural world and equality politics. Her work has been both published and exhibited in Canada and the United States, most recently an installation at Latitude 53 as part of the inaugural Nuit Blanche Edmonton. She has been involved with a number of artist-run centres and arts organizations as a board and staff member such as Pith Gallery and Studios, Untitled ArtSociety, Calgary Arts Development and Mountain Standard Time Festival of PerformativeArt (M:ST). She currently sits on the board of directors at Eyelevel Gallery in Halifax, NS.
